Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities
  • Maintain organized site presentation meeting company expectations
  • Ensure design details align with production working documents
  • Provide weekly project status updates to maintain workflow and schedules
  • Collaborate with trade contractors for on-site pricing of scope changes
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project participants
  • Manage work performance related to scheduling, quality, and staffing
  • Oversee coordinated project operation among all trades
  • Act as primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Develop and implement project work schedules and critical path
  • Manage site safety program, subcontractor compliance
  • Communicate daily with Project Manager for progress updates
  • Prepare daily construction reports and maintain updated drawings
  • Requires own transportation and willingness to travel to Lehigh Valley and New Jersey
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Requires minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction field supervision experience - preferably in the Industrial, Healthcare and/or Life Sciences sector
  • Proficient in all aspects of construction with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Committed to quality, using customer input for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrates integrity, supports company values, and prioritizes customer satisfaction
  • Maintains positive relationships with stakeholders, including owner/client, engineers, architects, and project managers
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a laptop and company communication tools like email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
