Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to oversee the execution of various construction projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain organized site presentation, meeting company expectations.
  • Ensure design details align with production working documents.
  • Provide weekly project status updates to maintain workflow and schedules.
  • Collaborate with trade contractors for on-site pricing of scope changes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project participants.
  • Manage work performance related to scheduling, quality, and staffing.
  • Oversee coordinated project operation among all trades.
  • Act as primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Develop and implement project work schedules and critical path.
  • Manage site safety program, subcontractor compliance.
  • Communicate daily with Project Manager for progress updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Requires minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction field supervision experience - preferably in the Industrial, Healthcare and/or Life Sciences sector.
  • Proficient in all aspects of construction with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Committed to quality, using customer input for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates integrity, supports company values, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains positive relationships with stakeholders, including owner/client, engineers, architects, and project managers.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a laptop and company communication tools like email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
