Project Manager Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our program forward in a dynamic leadership role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate work across teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Bilateral engagement with clients, marketing, contract negotiations, and design meetings.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to drive progress and align stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with governing agencies during project reviews and permitting processes.
  • Collaborate on design development and contract documentation.
  • Monitor project finances, track expenses, and allocate resources to maintain deliverables within scope and on time.
  • Partner with project controllers, business leaders, and accounting teams to provide regular project updates and financial reviews.
  • Conduct technical analyses and prepare clear engineering reports.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, be able to mentor junior engineers, and have expertise in water/wastewater engineering.
