Project Execution Specialist

The position of Operations Project Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include devising project schedules, arranging tool delivery and manufacturing, identifying and managing personnel assigned to each project, and tracking labor productivity.
This role demands strong leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for representing the organization at project progress meetings and initiating necessary change orders.
- Accurately define project requirements.
- Create detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate the delivery of equipment and manufacturing services.
- Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track their productivity levels.
- Represent the organization at project progress meetings.
- Initiate necessary change orders when required.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
