Job Title: Urban Climate Action Project Coordinator

This strategic partnership aims to accelerate climate action by identifying finance-ready projects, strengthening institutional frameworks, and leveraging Brazil's growing climate ambition.

  • The project will engage at least 50 cities, supporting them from planning to action through data-driven project identification, readiness assessments, and capacity-building.
  • Priority actions will focus on sustainable transport and waste, with a strong emphasis on financial viability, social inclusion, and emissions impact.
About the Role:

This role is a key member of the program team, providing vital project coordination support to facilitate the rollout of the work plan and coordination between different areas.

The post holder will be a highly collaborative team player with excellent analytical and administrative skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.

  • Manage the coordination of key recurring meetings and provide ad hoc support for other meetings.
  • Develop clear and succinct written materials to share information on the program.
  • Support the monitoring of the program's progress and coordinate processes and routines to support consultants' contract management.
