We are seeking a skilled Site Representative to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects and providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Site Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. This individual will oversee project administration, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years construction site management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
