Job Title

A Construction Project Superintendent is required to manage on-site activities, maintain organized site presentation, and ensure design details align with production working documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all on-site activities
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Ensure design details are consistent with production documents
  • Provide weekly project status updates
  • Collaborate with trade contractors for on-site pricing of scope changes
  • Cultivate strong relationships with project participants
  • Manage work performance related to scheduling, quality, and staffing
  • Oversee coordinated project operation among all trades
  • Act as primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Develop and implement project work schedules and critical path
  • Manage site safety program and subcontractor compliance
  • Communicate daily with Project Manager for progress updates
  • Prepare daily construction reports and maintain updated drawings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of commercial construction field supervision experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of construction with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Committed to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrates integrity and supports company values
  • Maintains positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a laptop and company communication tools
