Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Senior Recruiters to join our team onsite in Barueri, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing top talent across various domains.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–12 years of recruitment experience (IT or non-IT).
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Barueri, SP
