Sweden needs skilled engineers About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Responsibilities

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team that aims to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Qualifications

Required competence (documented in CV): At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.

  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, social, friendly and outgoing with high self motivation.
  • Durable and persistent, able to take a rejection and try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Details

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.

Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
