Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry. The role focuses on recruiting software engineers for Sweden, supporting relocation, visa/work permits, housing, tickets, and related logistics through a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation processes.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries and Sweden.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer and Logistics
  • Location: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
  • Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensated 1:1 in flex.
