Job Description

Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have approximately 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to move to Sweden. Your tasks will include building trust with suitable candidates and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues from various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented with a flexible mindset.
  • High-quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with an appropriate and representative appearance.

We offer a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum of 12 months, and eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation is 1:1 in flex. The location is remote, with the option to work from home or a co-location center of your choice.

The remuneration starts at $1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. You will also receive free national holidays with maintained payment, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.
