IT Consulting - Project Manager - 100% RemoteAbout MobizMobiz is an information technology firm, and we do three things exceptionally well: cloud and network automation, digital transformation, and data protection.Double-digit growth year-over-year has driven us to expand our team and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.What Can You ExpectEvery day at Mobiz we work with a deep sense of purpose.We continuously innovate.Our mission is to empower our clients to do more through transformation.You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside highly talented people who improve client operations and exceed expectations.We strive to simplify technology challenges and no less.Who Are We Looking ForYou are an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of successful IT project delivery.You are a capable manager who can coordinate and lead any kind of IT infrastructure project by ensuring that all required activities are completed within the agreed scope and on time.The successful candidate will own the delivery of certain scope items of projects from initiation to closure by maintaining a strong relationship with Mobiz team members and external clients.You are key in contributing to the growth of Mobiz.Therefore, you have a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.Must be flexible to work in EST and PST time zones as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project assignments with little oversightPlan and execute IT projects for multiple clients including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements.Coordinate and manage the entire project, including scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources, and quality by working in a matrix-based organization with the engineering and product delivery teamsManage the relationship with clients, and manage communications between the clients and the internal teams.Manage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and qualityConduct post-project lessons learned meetings and ensure identified improvements are incorporated in our tools and processesMaintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID Log) for projectsProvide regular status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviewsCollaborate with fellow project managers on project staffing and task allocation, standardization, and process improvementsProvide feedback to technical team leads on the performance of the project team.Qualifications and experience you will needDegree in Computer Science or a related fieldProject Management training and active certification required (e.g. Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, as a PMP)Minimum of 5-7 years of IT project management experience including managing digital transformation teams in an agile and waterfall environmentDemonstrated Project Management experience in IT systems development and management.Demonstrated experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in the following technology areas – cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNowDemonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Minimum of 5 years of experience working for in IT consulting firm managing external client projectsWorking knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow is preferredYour SkillsStrong customer service orientation and skilled at setting and managing customer expectationsDemonstrated ability to present and interact effectively with clients, and stakeholdersAbility to think and work systematically and logically to realize resultsAbility to manage multiple projectsAbility to work, deliver, and steer under pressureDemonstrated ability to utilize project management tools to plan and manage projectsComfortable working remotely and independently on both local and global projectsMotivated in personal growth and developmentAbility to problem solve, think critically, and have strong analytical, organizational, project management, and decision-making skill setExceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clientsPeople Management and leadership skillsWhat We OfferA team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growthCompetitive compensation packageOtherThis is a remote work opportunity in Brazil.ClosingAt Mobiz, we value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and respected.We hire based on merit, qualifications, and potential, and we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success.Mobiz is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and encourages individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities to apply.We thank all applicants for their interest.We will contact you if you are selected to move forward in the recruiting process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
