Job Description : We are seeking a Principal Business Process Consultant BPC with a strong focus on ServiceNow SecOps to lead strategic Cybersecurity projects for enterprise customers.

The BPC will play a key role in connecting security processes with ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, and leading the implementation of SecOps modules including Security Incident Response SIR Vulnerability Response VR for infrastructure and applications
  • Threat Intelligence Configuration Compliance also known as Secure Posture Control Integrations with SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner and DLP tools
  • Perform out of the box OOTB product configuration following best practices Execute validation and functional testing of the solution before the final delivery to the client

Qualifications : To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Required Advanced English spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and widely used security tools
  • Solid experience with SIEM tools such as QRadar Splunk or ArcSight and SOAR platforms
  • Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with focus on SecOps
  • Hands on experience with Security Incident Response SIR
  • Strong experience with Vulnerability Response for infrastructure and applications Knowledge of Threat Intelligence processes and integrations
  • Experience with Configuration Compliance Secure Posture Control Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention DLP

ServiceNow certifications desired :

  • including CSA Certified System Administrator
  • CAD Certified Application Developer
  • CIS Vulnerability Response
  • CIS Security Incident Response
