Job Description : We are seeking a Principal Business Process Consultant BPC with a strong focus on ServiceNow SecOps to lead strategic Cybersecurity projects for enterprise customers.
The BPC will play a key role in connecting security processes with ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, and leading the implementation of SecOps modules including Security Incident Response SIR Vulnerability Response VR for infrastructure and applications
- Threat Intelligence Configuration Compliance also known as Secure Posture Control Integrations with SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner and DLP tools
- Perform out of the box OOTB product configuration following best practices Execute validation and functional testing of the solution before the final delivery to the client
Qualifications : To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Required Advanced English spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and widely used security tools
- Solid experience with SIEM tools such as QRadar Splunk or ArcSight and SOAR platforms
- Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with focus on SecOps
- Hands on experience with Security Incident Response SIR
- Strong experience with Vulnerability Response for infrastructure and applications Knowledge of Threat Intelligence processes and integrations
- Experience with Configuration Compliance Secure Posture Control Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention DLP
ServiceNow certifications desired :
- including CSA Certified System Administrator
- CAD Certified Application Developer
- CIS Vulnerability Response
- CIS Security Incident Response
