Experience working with executive support teams is also highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for senior leaders. Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports. Maintain confidentiality and prioritize competing tasks. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity software. Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role, preferably with executive support teams.
