Location: Hybrid (3 days a week commuting to the client´s offices in San Pablo) Focus Areas: Sales, Corporate Functions (IT, HR), and Specialized Commercial Roles Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking a bilingual recruiter (Portuguese / English) who can manage full-cycle recruitment across higher-level Sales positions and key Corporate functions. This recruiter will support roles in Financial Services, Commercial Sales, IT, HR, and other business support groups. This is not volume PC-sales recruiting. The focus is on experienced commercial and enterprise-level talent, including roles that require strong business acumen, solution-based selling experience, and/or technical understanding (e.g., Solutions Architects). Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Recruitment Recruit across higher-level Sales and Commercial roles, including: Solutions Architects Executive Commercial Sales Financial Services Sales Representatives Enterprise/Strategic Account Executives Sales Operations / Pre-Sales (when needed) 2. Corporate Functions Recruitment Support full-cycle recruiting for: IT (Infrastructure, Applications, Developers, Analysts) HR (Generalists, HRBPs, Specialists) Other corporate functions, as requested by leadership 3. Full-Cycle Ownership Intake meetings with hiring managers Build and manage pipelines Source passive and active candidates Conduct initial screening and assessment Create shortlists with clear notes and recommendations Manage candidate experience end-to-end Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the process Maintain accurate activity in ATS/CRM 4. Market Expertise Understand the competitive landscape in Financial Services, Commercial Sales, and Corporate talent Advise hiring teams on market trends, candidate availability, and realistic profiles Build long-term pipelines for hard-to-fill positions Ideal Recruiter Profile Experience Strong background in recruiting for higher-level Sales roles (enterprise, commercial, financial services). Comfortable recruiting Solutions Architects and other technical-adjacent sales talent. Experience hiring for corporate functions (IT, HR, and administrative). Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and handling diverse requisitions. Skills & Competencies Ability to source passive candidates using multiple platforms Strong communication skills with both candidates and hiring managers Ability to understand technical and commercial job functions Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several pipelines at once Ability to work independently and provide clear updates to leadership Tools Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and modern ATS/CRM platforms Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, x-ray searches, alternative talent platforms)
