Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team.
This person is responsible for generating leads to acquire bar-raising DSPs through marketing campaigns and events.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification: Identify and qualify potential leads to be recruited as Delivery Services Providers (DSPs).
- Media Planning and Activation: Oversee the planning and execution of all online and offline marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting DSPs, ensuring effective activation and optimization of these campaigns across various channels.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of all recruiting-related content, including website content, emails, social media posts, and other communication channels, ensuring the consistency and quality of the recruiting messaging across all channels.
- Corrective Action and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of recruiting efforts and request corrective actions as needed, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise throughout the recruitment process, escalating to higher authorities as necessary.
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with global process standards throughout the recruitment activities, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other regions or geographies, to identify and implement best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in business development management, marketing and/or inbound marketing in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, Transportation or similar markets;
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree;
- MS Office experience required, with Excel knowledge;
- Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese proficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
