**Responsabilidades principais**
- Cálculo de folha de pagamento, adiantamento quinzenal, 13º salário, PLR, férias, admissão, conciliação da folha de pagamento, contabilização folha de pagamento;
- Apoio ao departamento jurídico em ações trabalhistas;
- Apoio em fiscalizações, sejam elas trabalhistas ou da receita federal;
- Conhecimento de ponto eletrônico e horas extras;
- Responsável pelos processos relacionados ao E-social;
- Gestão processo férias;
- Planilha de demissões;
- Envio de pagamentos para o time financeiro;
**Formação/Conhecimentos/Qualificações**
- Formação superior completo;
- Excel intermediário;
- Conhecimentos com o sistema HCM - Datasul da Totvs - Mandatório
- Conhecimentos no sistema Workday;
- Conhecimentos em legislação trabalhista.
