About The Position

As an Compensation & Org Design Analyst, youll be part of the People team and will be responsible for executing compensation and benefits processes, working closely with leaders and employees to ensure clear organizational structures, up-to-date policies, and market-aligned practices.

Main challenges

  • Manage compensation structures including job architecture, salary bands, and variable pay cycles (e.g., stock options);
  • Conduct market benchmarks and support salary and benefits reviews based on data and business needs;
  • Oversee benefits portfolio and vendor relationships, identifying improvements in cost-efficiency and value perception;
  • Map and maintain organizational structures, ensuring alignment with business priorities and scalability;
  • Support headcount planning and team sizing decisions with frameworks, tools, and structural insights;
  • Develop and maintain playbooks for compensation, promotions, and organizational design to ensure consistency and clarity.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Organizational Design;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities;
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
  • Degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, HR, or related fields.

Differentials
  • Familiarity with equity programs and stock options;
  • Knowledge of organizational design frameworks and workforce planning;
  • Experience in high-growth tech companies or startups.

FlexWork Model

We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration. After this period, you will have the possibility to apply for the hybrid model, working on-site at least three times a week. This approach balances interaction in person and autonomy, creating a dynamic and productive working environment.
