**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Corporate Health Specialist** to our **Wellz** team in São Paulo
The New Ventures team is responsible for developing and launching new products to support Gympass in pursuing viable solutions to unlock substantial growth. We operate as a startup within a startup, implementing new products from scratch through product market fit, experimentation and testing, all the way through the scale up and release stage.
Our team has recently launched a new, innovative mental health platform to offer companies and their employees access to affordable, timely, and personalized emotional health support. By combining technology with a robust clinical methodology, Wellz is on a mission to democratize access to quality emotional health support for leading corporations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Clinical, you will be a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellz mission, acting also as focus point of information and support to clients, users, therapists, and third parties.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Coordinate the ongoing clinical/technical support of the CS team: follow-up and monitoring of the client's mental health (including launch webinar, mapping, data analysis, presentation of results, etc.);
- Plan, create and conduct events, training, webinars and workshops for clients;
- Support the CS, Clinical and Product teams in the planning, development and implementation of "organizational offerings" (content, programs and actions focused on HR/companies, including new offers such as, for example, leadership training);
- Support the Marketing and Sales team in corporate health communications, strategies and actions, including developing and conducting webinars, workshops, etc.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- A professional with relevant experience in corporate health, people management and/or human resources management;
- Graduated in Psychology or other health-related courses;
- Post-graduate degree or full specialization in Organizational Psychology, People Management (HR), or related fields;
- Solid knowledge of Psychometric, health assessments and clinical studies;
- Familiarity with statistics and data analysis;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to communicate in advanced/fluent English;
- Adaptable to dynamic, flexible and innovative environments.
