Account Manager (Contracted position; candidates must reside in Brazil). Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of sales in the assigned accounts. Candidates must have a life science background in biology or genetics. The position is remote; however, the candidate must reside in Brazil. Responsibilities Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Focus on rapidly developing and growing business in the assigned accounts. Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant Novogene divisions. Maintain current understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services. Qualifications Background: BS degree in life science (biology, biochemistry, genetics) minimum; advanced degree encouraged, new graduates welcomed. Experience: Prior sales and account management experience in biotech a plus. Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus. Knowledge: Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Skills: Independent, self-driven, goal-oriented; excellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of professionals. Technical: Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM software. Languages: Fluent in English. Travel: Available to travel within Brazil.
