**Boeing Brazil** is seeking a **Field Service Associate** at the Boeing Field Service office based at **Congonhas Airport, Sao Paulo.**
This position provides continuity of Boeing customer support presence for airline operators and maintenance providers located in Brazil. The Field Service Associate (FSA) presents the initial professional contact for customers and Boeing personnel visiting the Field Service office.

**Position Responsibilities**:
- Assist Boeing visitors with hotel, transportation, meetings, facility access, and customer contacts (requires detailed knowledge of the customers’ organizations and personnel).
- Work with and assists the Field Service Representatives (FSRs) assigned to the Sao Paulo base. The FSA and FSRs work as a team to ensure the office operates and complies with all Boeing and Field Service procedures.
- Coordinate training, and orientation to ensure on-site personnel meet customer needs.
- Provide guidance regarding local language, culture, and customs to Boeing personnel.
- Coordinate and distributes technical communications to the airline customers as necessary.
- Provide support in booking travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Prepare payment request forms for local expenses (e.g. office phone bills, equipment/supplies and forward original invoices/documents to Boeing corporate office in Brazil).
- Monitor customer fleets and update Boeing database as necessary Researches information to assist customers in resolving moderately complex operation issues.
- Assist management in coordinating, organizing, and negotiating cost for special events.
- Monitor and reports customer contacts and insights to support marketing and sales.
- Order/Maintain office facility, equipment, and miscellaneous supplies thru Boeing Brazil or local suppliers.
- Keep the office inSites up to date by editing web pages, manuals, and attachments about general office info.
- Attend non-technical meetings for FSRs whenever they are unavailable.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an accredited course of study
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
- Relevant experience working in a multi-cultural environment
**Preferred Qualifications **(Education/Experience)**:
- Familiarity with local hotels and transportation in Sao Paulo region
- Ability to influence others and understand/explain topics of moderate to heavy complexity
- As this position is primarily customer support, the applicant must be resourceful and have an attitude of helpfulness and positivity
- High-level cross-cultural awareness and management
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
- Willing to learn and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Values integrity and encourages positive team dynamics
