Within the Groupe Roullier, **Magnesia**(900 p.) is an expert in the commercialization of magnesium products for the agricultural, industrial and environmental fields. **Area Sales Manager, Animal Nutrition - Commodities - North America M/F**
**Permanent Contract - Minneapolis**
**Reporting to the Global Commodities Sales Director for Animal Nutrition, you will have to further develop and expand our business of commodities on a B2B and B2D market (animal nutrition manufacturers, distributors, etc.) in North America. Your main missions will be:
- Contribute to defining the commercial development strategy for our commodity products
- Take responsibility for your area and optimize your results (margins, volumes, market share)
- Manage and expand the customers portfolio composed of industrials (mineral processors and feed manufacturers) within the North America area
- Open new accounts
- Strengthen loyalty and actively engage with the existing network of partners
- Represent the company at international trade fairs
- Provide regular reporting to your management
- Conduct market monitoring and analysis
- Be proactive in suggesting development and growth opportunities
A support from the Sales Director, Animal Nutrition and an extensive onboarding will ensure you a fast adaptation.
**Profile**:
- **Graduated with a Master degree in Agricultural/Agronomy Engineering or Business, you have a proven track record in B2B and BtoD sales within the Animal Nutrition sector. Managerial experience is a plus.
- You are field-oriented, dynamic, and pragmatic Proactive and committed, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong appetite for challenges, and a passion for development. Your entrepreneurial mindset and boldness will ensure success and growth within TIMAB
- Perfect command of English and Spanish is required.
International travel is expected (30% to 40%).
