Job Title: Lead Engineer – Agentic AI Audacious Innovator Sought for Groundbreaking Agentic AI Project We are on the cusp of a revolution in enterprise operations with next-generation agentic AI systems that autonomously orchestrate workflows, analyze real-time data, and embed decision-making across domains like finance, sales, and operations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of these intelligent agents, transforming the way our clients operate. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, production-grade agentic AI systems that meet enterprise-grade standards. Develop serverless, event-driven workflows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to drive business outcomes. Build and optimize ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendations using Azure ML, Databricks, and Python. Integrate agents with enterprise platforms such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to create seamless experiences. Ensure observability and reliability through Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain high system availability. Define and enforce architecture patterns, reusable components, and governance standards to ensure technical excellence. Leverage Microsoft AI Foundry to build and deploy agents that meet enterprise-grade standards. Leadership Responsibilities: Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment on agentic AI strategy and execution to achieve business objectives. Own delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management to enhance overall efficiency. Stay ahead of trends in AI, machine vision, and IoT to guide strategic decisions and drive innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists & ML Engineers to develop and integrate models. Collaborate with Product Managers & UX Designers to align agent capabilities with user needs. Partner with Enterprise Architects & DevOps Engineers to ensure scalability and deployment efficiency. Work with Security & Compliance Teams to meet regulatory and governance requirements. Engage with Business Stakeholders & SMEs to define use cases and validate outcomes. Support Change Management & Enablement Teams to facilitate adoption and training efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Strong technical depth in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and agentic system design. Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence across functions.
