Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned sales territory, focusing on selling products and addressing customer needs
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the value of the employer's products for patient care
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including key opinion leaders
  • Analyze sales potential and execute business plans to achieve strong results
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Strong leadership ability and advanced selling skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider landscape and payer dynamics
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in complex or account-based selling environments
  • Knowledge of specialty distribution and partnerships with key opinion leaders and advocacy organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse customer types across the healthcare provider landscape
  • Strong aptitude for learning and adapting to change
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships within the neuroscience community
