A NoPing é uma plataforma de melhoria de conexão e performance para gamers, focada em reduzir ping, packet loss e aumentar FPS em jogos online. Estamos montando um time comercial de alta performance para expandir nossa base de influenciadores ao redor do mundo. Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como *SDR Hunter*, focada em prospecção, qualificação e primeiro contato com streamers, criadores de conteúdo e parceiros estratégicos. Responsabilidades* Prospectar novos influenciadores, afiliados e parceiros em múltiplas plataformas Realizar o primeiro contato com creators : e mail, DM em redes sociais, Discord, etc Qualificar influenciadores de acordo com critérios definidos pela NoPing Explicar de forma clara o que é o NoPing e como o criador pode ganhar dinheiro com a parceria Fechar novas parcerias seguindo metas semanais de volume e qualidade Garantir o onboarding inicial do influenciador, enviando materiais, scripts e orientações de divulgação Registrar todas as interações e status no CRM de forma organizada Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing, Parcerias e Sucesso de Influenciadores Acompanhar métricas de prospecção, conversão e performance dos influenciadores trazidos Requisitos* Inglês fluente, com segurança para conversar por voz e por escrito com influenciadores internacionais Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal em português Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a metas e resultados Facilidade para abordar pessoas, iniciar conversas e fazer follow up Conhecimento do universo gamer : jogos online, streamers, plataformas de live e conteúdo Noção básica de vendas, funil comercial, prospecção ou atendimento ao cliente Capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume de contatos diariamente Disponibilidade para trabalho remoto em horário comercial do Brasil, com alguma flexibilidade para falar com criadores de outros fusos Diferenciais* Experiência prévia como SDR, pré vendas, comercial ou parcerias Experiência com influenciadores, afiliados, times de e sports ou agências de creators Familiaridade com plataformas como Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord e comunidades de jogos Espanhol ou outro idioma além de inglês Já ter trabalhado com produtos para gamers, SaaS ou tecnologia O que oferecemos* Ambiente dinâmico, 100 por cento remoto e totalmente conectado ao mundo gamer Contato diário com streamers, criadores de conteúdo e comunidades de jogos do mundo todo Metas claras, plano de crescimento na área comercial e possibilidade de evoluir para posições seniores Remuneração fixa compatível com o mercado Variável agressivo por performance, com bônus semanais atrelados a metas de novos influenciadores e resultados da base Se interessou pela vaga, envie seu currículo e uma breve apresentação contando sua experiência com games e influenciadores. #J-18808-Ljbffr
