**The work you will do**:
As an eLearning Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective eLearning experiences for employees within our organization. Your work will directly impact employee training, development, and overall performance. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional who can blend instructional design principles with technical expertise to deliver high-quality eLearning content.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Develop storyboards that outline instructional activities aligned with learning goals.
- Translate design requirements into functional eLearning modules.
- Create visually appealing and interactive content using tools such as Articulate 360 (esp. Storyline) and Camtasia.
- Ensure content adheres to best practices and industry trends.
- Utilize multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, esp. After Effects and Premiere Pro) to enhance engagement.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and videos into eLearning materials.
- Optimize content for various devices and screen sizes.
- Design content with accessibility in mind (e.g., alt text for images, keyboard navigation).
- Ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines.
- Create content that accommodates diverse learning styles.
- Develop formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to learners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve course effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and test eLearning courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload and manage eLearning materials on the LMS.
**What We Need From You**:
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360—esp. Storyline—and Camtasia) and Multimedia creation tools (Adobe Suite—esp. After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of HTML5, SCORM, and multimedia formats
- Familiarity with motion design principles
- Experience with assistive technologies
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues both across and up and down the organization
- 3+ years proven work experience creating eLearning content in a corporate setting
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and business leaders
- Solid writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems
