Senior/Master Mechanical Engineer

Lead and develop conceptual and basic engineering projects, working collaboratively to ensure and maintain the fundamental flow of information with peer areas.Seek technical solutions for engineering development and the application of new tools and technologies.Conduct strategic studies that require agility in evaluating alternatives, including mines, plants, railways, and ports.Act as a liaison between the engineering team, consultants, and international specialists to validate and/or critique technical solutions, aiming to mitigate risks, enhance safety, and reduce CapEx and project implementation timelines.Review projects and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines. Support and collaborate with project implementation teams, capturing lessons learned to optimize future projects.About you:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
10 years of experience in similar roles;
Strong leadership, supervision, and team management skills;
Experience in designingand implementing large-scale industrial projects;
Knowledge of processes and technologies applied in iron, gold, and copper mining projects;
Experience in construction, assembly, and service contracting;
Proficiency in softwareand equipment sizing for bulk material handling and transportation, as well as heavy boiler calculation;
Strong communication skills and an articulate professional demeanor;
Advanced English proficiency;
Spanish is desirable;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
