Responsibilities Issue purchase orders (POs), follow up with local and international suppliers, and input data into global systems. Monitor deadlines and deliveries, ensuring operational excellence for projects. Support import activities and document management, according to department guidelines. Participate in meetings with internal departments (PMO, Engineering, Quality) to align demands. Deal with suppliers from different countries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in international procurement of direct materials in an industrial or project environment. Functional intermediate English skills, capable of expressing oneself, handling emails, reading documents, and participating in meetings. Basic knowledge of import processes and international documentation. Proactive profile, good communication and negotiation skills with a sense of responsibility and organization, capable of handling multiple demands and deadlines. Nice to Have Previous experience working as a foreign trade analyst or directly leading importing operations. Experience with buying industrial commodities (valves, skids, pumps).
