Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support on a 24x7 basis. Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Triage complex technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams as needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Familiarity with customer support software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
