Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients related to mobile device systems, hardware, software, and company processes. Responsibilities include: Providing timely and professional assistance to clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Understanding and accessing carrier portals and other tools to resolve technical issues efficiently. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment. Researching process, policy, and procedure questions to provide accurate information to clients. Advising clients on appropriate action(s), timelines, and outcomes to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills. Multitasking, reliability, and self-motivation. Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in the mobile/wireless industry (optional).
