Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist based in São Paulo, SP, with some tasks allowing for remote work. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries via email, phone, or chat, providing technical support, and ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved concerns. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and support processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and delivering Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Experience in Technical Support and handling troubleshooting processes
- Developed Analytical Skills to assess and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous
