- Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) offerings (e.g., VMWare, SAP) based on industry and regional requirements.
- Experience in launching and landing Go-to-Market (GTM) offerings (e.g., VMWare, SAP) to customers and tracking new business.
- Experience in conducting partner executive briefings and understanding of a partner's offerings.
- Experience in delivering large cloud agreements.
- Excellent communication skills.

The Partner Ecosystem team manages strategic relationships with our partners. In this role, you will own the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for Migrations, Applications and Infrastructure across the Partner ecosystem.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the life-cycle of Go-to-Market (GTM) offering creation from business case, planning, governance, business value, solution differentiation, business growth modeling.
- Work across business, marketing, and partner teams to drive the VMware business in the region.
- Drive the creation of global demand generation and GTM plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner business goals.
- Be the single point of contact for the partners in our portfolio around key areas. Work cross-functionally to ensure prompt and proper resolution of key business issues.
