Find your future with us.Boeing Brazil is seeking a **Talent Acquisition (TA) Team Lead** based from **Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil or Canada** to support the growing requirements across the region. This is a strategically important region for Boeing as we are building an engineering capability centre in Brazil and expanding our footprint across the region. This role is based from our **Sao Jose dos Campos or Canada** office and offers flexibility for both office and hybrid work.**Position Responsibilities**:- Provides advice, guidance and training to lesser experienced staff, customers and applicants to ensure complete understanding and adherence to company-wide staffing process.- Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.- Conducts government conflict of interest review and coordinate with Law Department as required.- Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline.**Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems- Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- Senior level of experience in recruiting talent and/or related Human Resources experience- Experience in a lead role in managing Talent Acquisition/HR projects and process improvement initiatives that delivered real, measurable value- Proven track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and business leaders- Experience with Workday**Relocation**:**Additional Information**:When possible, please also submit a CV or resume in English.**Equal Opportunity Employer**:We are an equal opportunity employer.
