To grow even faster, we are hiring YOU - an enthusiastic and experienced Financial Controller based in Sao Paolo
**Your tasks**:
- Responsible for constant improvement of internal and external reports (e.g. P&L, KPI reporting sheets)
- Preparing financial reports & dashboards
- Strong focus on all relevant controlling topics, e.g., KPI tracking, run ad-hoc analysis and develop recommendations for the management team
- Responsibility for coordination with external consultants to harmonize group accounts and their reporting
- Working closely with Finance Team in Vienna and 3rd parties (consultants)
- Support local management (Country Manager) in Tax, Liquidity and Finance related questions as well as ensure close coordination with the HQ in Vienna
**Who you are**:
- University degree in one of the following fields: economics, finance, accounting, controlling
- Proven track record (work experience) in the field of controlling and finance preferably in an international context
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Other programming languages (e.g. SQL) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) are an asset
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Other languages are beneficial.
- Hands on, business minded, self-starter and autonomous, yet a collaborative team player
- Motivated to work in a fast paced ever changing start-up environment
- Fact based strategic and analytical thinking with ability to deep dive without losing the broader perspective
