Chili Digital is a dynamic and data-driven digital marketing agency with operations in Panama, Mexico, and Brazil. We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Financial Controller to take full ownership of the company's financial planning, management, and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing all financial functions independently and reporting directly to upper management.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee and manage the entire financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.- Prepare and present financial reports to upper management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.- Establish and enforce internal financial controls and procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and ensure financial stability and liquidity of the company.- Implement and manage accounting software and tools to streamline financial operations.- Collaborate with management to align financial goals with business objectives.- Handle all tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the company's operations in multiple countries.- Perform financial risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.- Manage external accountants in Panama, Mexico, and Brazil to ensure compliance with local tax and employment regulations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance management role.- Proven experience managing full financial operations independently, without support staff.- Advanced knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, VBA).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently.**Additional Information**:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Direct involvement in strategic decision-making and financial planning.- Work in a company with dynamic projects and opportunities for professional development.Join Chili Digital and play a key role in shaping the financial success of our innovative digital marketing agency
