- This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo in an full in person work model._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consolidation of Results: Lead the process of consolidating actual results, budgeting, and financial forecasting for over 20 companies in the Patria Private Equity portfolio (and holdings), developing detailed financial models to analyze business scenarios.
- Financial Governance: Responsible for the financial governance report, which includes methodology and cross-sector analyses.
- System Management: Responsible for the development and management of performance consolidation systems (ilevel and Power BI).
- Financial Reports: Prepare and present insightful financial reports to the board and senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Analysis: Support portfolio companies in the preparation, understanding, and depth of analyses in general (e.g., rolling cash forecasts, performance of M&As vs. BP, accounting vs. ilevel reconciliation, goal achievement, debt..).
- Governance Projects: Assist in the development of governance project activities focusing on areas such as risk management, legal, compliance, audits, tax efficiency, corporate restructuring, and M&A transactions.
- Project Management: Manage and monitor strategic financial projects within the portfolio companies.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of complete financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), corporate finance, and business processes.
- Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders in decision-making processes.
- Languages: Fluency in English is preferred; proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
