- This position will be based in our office in São Paulo in an full in person work model._

We are searching for a Compensation Lead, who would be responsible for managing multiple companies and legal entities C-Level compensation packages across Patria's Private Equity's and Infrastructure’s portfolio.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage C-Level compensation packages, base salary, annual bonus and LTI programs aligned with the Patria's strategic plan
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the company's strategies and local legislation (Brazil and LATAM Countries).
- Identify global compensation and rewards trends within the Private Equity and portfolio companies business, helping Patria keep its leading role within the PE market in LATAM
- Manage data and analysis regarding C-Level total compensation history, across different sectors and company sizes
- Maintenance and management of the LTI system, ensuring that data is up to date and available to all executives

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience working with C-Level compensation strategy and execution.
- Experience crafting compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and hierarchical levels.
- Knowledge in people analytics and HR analytics tools, such as Power BI, Tableau and/or others.
- Advanced English. Spanish is desirable.
