**Google Cloud GenAI Analyst (UI/UX)**

**What You'll Do**
As a Generative AI Analyst for Cloud Sales Solutions with Google Cloud, and as a valued member of the Cognizant CMT vertical's Service Delivery team, you will engage in close collaboration with a major cloud service provider. Functioning as an extension of their sales enablement team, your primary focus will be the development of compelling non-functional demonstrations and videos tailored for their end clients. In close partnership with your Pod Lead, design specialists, and client sales teams, you will craft impactful demonstration videos specifically adapted to resonate with each end client, for seamless integration into presentations and proposal responses. You will demonstrate an unwavering sense of dedication and accountability in ensuring that all services are rendered in accordance with established quality benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect compelling sales narratives and interactive demonstrations, including presentation videos, for cloud services catering to a diverse range of industries.
- Design intuitive UX/UI mockups utilizing industry-standard tools such as Figma and Flutterflow.
- Conduct exhaustive industry research (encompassing sectors such as BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology) to cultivate a profound understanding of user journeys and pain points.
- Synthesize research findings and insights into persuasive sales narratives that leverage compelling storytelling and highlight pertinent business cases for each industry vertical.
- Translate intricate client briefings into dynamic and insightful interfaces through rigorous industry research and analysis.
- Champion a culture of peer-to-peer mentorship and cross-functional learning within the team.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Proven experience in UI/UX Design principles and methodologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in a Tech-related field (e.g., BE, BCA, MCA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with effective problem-solving techniques and the ability to create comprehensive customer journey maps based on Gen AI use cases.
- Demonstrated experience in scriptwriting for videos, sizzle reels, and low-code Large Language Model (LLM) training materials.
- Exceptional planning and organizational acumen.

- Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design within the Flutterflow and Figma environments.
