EZVIZ, a global smart home brand, is the consumer and residentially focused subsidiary of Hikvision, the world's largest video surveillance system manufacturer. Founded in 2012, EZVIZ has grown rapidly and now markets its products in more than 80 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, US and Latam. Since 2015, EZVIZ has been developing in the Indonesia market and is committed to growing the business. EZVIZ is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join the growing sales team in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships and knowledge of EZVIZ products with smart home stores, wholesalers and retailers; negotiate product referencing, stock-in, monitor stock levels, and set up promotional operations to increase sales.
  • Responsible for steady growth in the number of customers and sales opportunities (SO).
  • Visit customers to maintain relationships and understand their needs and problems to help them grow their business.
  • Regular offline store visits to understand product availability, improve visibility and user experience.
  • Review the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition.
  • Analyze industry market situation and trends, including technologies, products, prices and strategy; provide corresponding suggestions.
  • Set up the sales plan and ensure its execution.
Qualifications
  • You have completed significant commercial training and you hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in sales channels for CCTV security equipment, such as cameras and smart home products, with familiarity and strong relationships with local security channel customers.
  • Familiarity with sales channels for smart digital door locks and customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with IT sales channels, with retail sales experience preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication and presentation skills.
