Job Description
- Traduzir metas globais de produto em metas regionais e ações comerciais.
- Apoiar o time de vendas com conhecimento técnico e estratégico para aumentar a taxa de conversão.
- Monitorar pipeline, velocidade de vendas e conversão, propondo melhorias contínuas.
- Reportar semanalmente à matriz sobre feedback de mercado, pricing, ICP e barreiras comerciais.
- Trabalhar com marketing para gerar prova social e impulsionar a adoção dos produtos.
- Atuar como especialista nos produtos de automação de marketing, contact center omnichannel, chatbot com IA e plataforma de dados.
- Colaborar com áreas internas para alinhamento de roadmap e priorização de funcionalidades.
The Successful Applicant
- Experiência prévia em vendas consultivas (Account Manager, Account Executive ou Solution Engineer).
- Conhecimento em SaaS, Martech, CX ou soluções omnichannel.
- Capacidade de traduzir estratégias em ações práticas e de alto impacto.
- Inglês avançado obrigatório; espanhol é um diferencial.
- Perfil analítico, colaborativo e com forte orientação a resultados.
