About the Role:

We're hiring Appointment Setters to support a rapidly growing men's health clinic based in the U.S. This team helps men experiencing low testosterone or weight challenges reclaim their health. You'll speak with warm, inbound leads, follow a proven script, and schedule them for consultations with our team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from qualified prospects
• Use a structured script to guide the intake conversation
• Schedule appointments and document call outcomes in the CRM
• Assist with light follow-ups and rescheduling as needed
• Meet daily call and booking performance benchmarks

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
• Strong internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Highly reliable and professional attitude
• Comfortable using tools like CRMs, Slack, and VoIP dialers
• Previous experience in appointment setting or sales support preferred
