We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to identify and engage leads across and email, book discovery calls, and fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first human touchpoint in our sales process—and a critical part of our growth engine.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and qualify leads based on clear criteria
- Cold message and follow up with prospects via and email
- Book discovery calls and free audits for our sales team
- Manage and update your sales funnel daily
- Collaborate with leadership on scripts and outreach improvements
- Maintain records and report progress to your supervisor
- Hit daily/weekly goals while staying human and consultative
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in appointment setting or online sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with funnel management and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach
- Comfortable working 9–5 PM EST (remote, full-time)
- At least B2-level conversational English
