Samson Training delivers high-quality Health & Safety, Compliance, and Professional Development training across Ireland and the UK. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated professional to support our client engagement through phone calls and email follow-ups.
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Client Relations & Follow-Up Specialist to handle outbound calls and emails with prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for ensuring prompt follow-ups, building rapport, and scheduling meetings with clients on behalf of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to clients regarding training enquiries and schedules
- Send and respond to follow-up emails professionally
- Maintain accurate records of communication in our system
- Schedule appointments and update the internal team
- Support the sales and operations team with client engagement tasks
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or client support
- Comfortable with outbound calls and professional email writing
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience
- Previous experience in client relations, telesales, customer service, or account management (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Proven ability to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner.
- Experience with email communication and follow-up to maintain strong client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, or spreadsheets for recording interactions.
- Background in working with international clients and understanding cultural differences is an advantage.
- Experience in remote or virtual roles, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and independence.
What We Offer
- Remote work flexibility
- Fixed monthly salary of $1,500
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R$5,856,795.00 per month
