About UsSamson Training delivers high-quality Health & Safety, Compliance, and Professional Development training across Ireland and the UK.We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated professional to support our client engagement through phone calls and email follow-ups.Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and proactive Client Relations & Follow-Up Specialist to handle outbound calls and emails with prospective and existing clients.You will be responsible for ensuring prompt follow-ups, building rapport, and scheduling meetings with clients on behalf of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesMake follow-up calls to clients regarding training enquiries and schedulesSend and respond to follow-up emails professionallyMaintain accurate records of communication in our systemSchedule appointments and update the internal teamSupport the sales and operations team with client engagement tasksRequirementsStrong written and spoken EnglishPrevious experience in customer service, telesales, or client supportComfortable with outbound calls and professional email writingReliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with minimal supervisionExperiencePrevious experience in client relations, telesales, customer service, or account management (minimum 1–2 years preferred).Proven ability to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner.Experience with email communication and follow-up to maintain strong client engagement.Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, or spreadsheets for recording interactions.Background in working with international clients and understanding cultural differences is an advantage.Experience in remote or virtual roles, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and independence.What We OfferRemote work flexibilityFixed monthly salary of $1,500Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to R$5,856,****** per monthExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
