We're seeking a ServiceNow Functional Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow platform — helping refine and enhance tools that power our business.

Responsibilities
  • Test and validate ServiceNow ITSM modules (CMDB, HAM, SAM, Dashboards) to ensure seamless functionality
  • Tackle a dynamic backlog (100+ items) by testing bug fixes, improvements, and new features
  • Ensure flawless implementation of Workspaces and solutions on the ServiceNow App Engine
  • Collaborate with developers to test configurations, customizations, and workflows
  • Document test cases, track progress, and resolve issues to deliver an excellent user experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Hands-on knowledge of Workspaces and ServiceNow App Engine
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple testing tasks
  • Familiarity with dashboards, workflows, CMDB, HAM, and SAM
  • English level B1+ for effective communication
