We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Functional Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM modules, Workspaces, and app engine solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Validate functionality across ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, HAM, SAM, and Dashboards
  • Test bug fixes, enhancements, and prioritized requests from a substantial backlog
  • Perform detailed testing of Workspaces to ensure smooth functionality and user experience
  • Collaborate with developers to evaluate configurations, customizations, and App Engine solutions
  • Create and manage comprehensive test cases while identifying and reporting issues

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow testing, emphasizing ITSM modules
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspaces and App Engine
  • Knowledge of CMDB, HAM, SAM, and dashboard workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in navigating complex testing scenarios
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have
  • Background in advanced ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management
  • Understanding of specialized features within ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules
  • Familiarity with supplementary ServiceNow automation and optimization tools
