What Makes You a Strong Candidate You are proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Data analysis. You have +3 years experience in Digital advertising. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and refine media buying strategies to maximize ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients. Build, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve high performance, manage bids, improve results, and ensure strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Analyze campaign metrics to generate actionable insights and guide data-driven decisions. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop solutions that enhance growth potential. Efficiently allocate ad budgets to optimize spending and improve outcomes. Translate complex analytics into clear, impactful reports for stakeholders across various teams. What Success Looks Like Manage multiple high-stakes campaigns and consistently meet internal and client revenue targets. Handle ad spend exceeding $1M per month across key accounts to drive significant client growth. Demonstrate expertise in Meta media buying, with proficiency in navigating platforms and developing effective strategies. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, particularly in direct response marketing. Advanced quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in data analysis, especially Excel. Proven experience managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month). Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools. Experience working alongside creatives or producing social media content.
