Retail Design LAB é um escritório especializado em arquitetura e design para varejo, criando projetos inovadores para lojas, quiosques, visual merchandising, mobiliário de ativação, stands de ferias e mais, oferecendo soluções completas desde o conceito até o acompanhamento da execução.


Descrição da vaga:

O Project Manager será responsável por liderar a equipe de gerenciamento de projetos, garantindo a execução eficiente das etapas de detalhamento técnico, acompanhamento de obras e implementação, otimizando cronogramas, gerenciando a logística, coordenando inspeções e supervisionando a execução geral dos projetos. Além disso, será responsável pela gestão e criação dos projetos de expansão dos nossos clientes.

DETALHAMENTO

  • Acompanhamento dos projetos criativos, junto com a equipe de criação para garantir visibilidade de execução;
  • Gestão e revisão dos detalhamentos técnicos da equipe;
  • Gestão de cronogramas e prazos junto ao cliente;
  • Revisão de diretrizes de projetos como manuais de shopping e feiras;

PROJETOS EXPANSÃO

  • Criação e adaptação dos novos layouts dos projetos de expansão;
  • Apresentação para os clientes;

ACOMPANHAMENTO DE OBRA E EXECUÇÃO

  • Visitas técnicas e acompanhamento de obras e produção;
  • Pedidos de orçamentos;
  • Gestão de cronogramas e prazos junto ao cliente e fornecedores;
  • Report de obras e produções para os clientes;
  • Relacionamento com fornecedores e construtores.


Qualificações

  • Gradução em Arquitetura, Design de Produto ou Engenharia;
  • Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência com implementação e construção de varejo
  • Expertise em aprovação com shopping e lojas de departamento;
  • Habilidades em gerenciamento de projetos e logística;
  • Experiência com criação de cronogramas de projetos e controles;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e organização;
  • Capacidade de criar processos internos e melhorias da eficiência da equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para viajar e fazer visitas técnicas em outras cidades;
  • Disponibilidade para acompanhar obras em períodos fora do horário comercial;
  • Capacidade para gestão de equipe;
  • Conhecimento em AutoCAD, Sketch up, Pacote Adobe e Pacote Office;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente.
