Job Description EcommIT is seeking an experienced SAP Management of Change (MOC) Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management processes, governance, and compliance requirements. The consultant will work on various projects, implementing SAP MOC solutions and collaborating with the SAP product team to discuss fit/gap assessments and influence future SAP MOC roadmap features. Key responsibilities include configuring SAP MOC to meet specific business requirements and compliance needs, preparing functional specifications, solution documentation, and configuration guides, and leading and facilitating workshops to gather requirements, align on processes, and validate solution design. The consultant will also be responsible for documenting detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories, presenting progress updates, deliverable status, and solution demos to key stakeholders and leadership, developing test scenarios, performing solution testing to ensure quality and alignment with requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects. Additionally, the consultant will oversee and track tasks, work items, and user stories using Azure DevOps (ADO), identify, monitor, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure clear and proactive communication with stakeholders and project teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Hands-on experience with SAP Management of Change (MOC) module—must have delivered real-world implementations. Full lifecycle implementation experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA. Strong understanding of change management processes, governance, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to run workshops, collect detailed requirements, and interpret complex business processes. Experience working directly with SAP product teams on fit-gap discussions. Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work item and task management. Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within highly regulated industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Utilities, etc.). Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules that integrate with MOC. Experience developing or reviewing SAP roadmap recommendations. Ability to work independently while collaborating with global project teams.
