**Position summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert communication, consulting and support to portfolio and project teams.
- Provide support on changes to the technical teams, system owners and stakeholders
- Assess the impact of a change and readiness for a change
- Create and execute a change management strategy
- Harmonize logistics changes for SAP landscape systems along with other components (Network, OS, Database and etc)
- Provide governance metrics and reports for different audiences
- Analyze and approve changes accordingly to the best practices, processes and criteria

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
- ITIL certification (Desirable)
- Change/Incident management tool (E.g: ServiceNow, ITSM)
- Have worked with Agile methodology
- IT infrastructure
- 3-5 years of either change management or project management previous experience
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

**Skills**
Excellent Communication, people engagement, sense of organization, analytical and nice to have ITIL experiences/background

**This role includes, but is not limited to the following**:

- Plan and/or review and approve foundational changes impacting SAP systems
- Plan and maintain annual SAP system change calendar with IT and business stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery processes for SAP systems
- Plan and coordinate system copy-back activities for SAP systems
- Plan and coordinate Service Pack Upgrade activities for SAP systems
- Coordinate yearly change freeze practice for SAP systems
- Issue global communications to IT support and key system stakeholders about system availability, major changes and other significant events
